- Do you accept International Orders? Not at this time. We currently process CharlesUnderwood.biz orders only within the United States.
- How may I check the status of an order? You will receive an order confirmation # by e-mail once your order has been processed. Go to Customer Service page and insert # in dialog box for status.
- How long will it take to receive my order? Production time varies from 1 to 4 weeks and is specified for each product in catalog detail. Add transit time for desired shipping method.
- What are your shipping rates? We ship via UPS ground, 2nd-day and next-day per customer instructions. Shipping amount will appear in shopping cart before order is confirmed. See Shipping page for current rates.
