2-Year Guarantee

Charles Underwood will repair or replace any piece which is factory defective for up to 2 years from the purchase date. Just return item with proof of purchase date and a note explaining the defect. We will repair or replace the item at no charge within 30 days after receipt.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple. If for any reason, within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for a prompt exchange, credit or refund less shipping.

Holiday Returns: Items ordered between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31.

Please note that we can only process returns for items purchased from CharlesUnderwood.biz. For store purchases, please return to store of original purchase.

Orders processed with free shipping will be charged actual shipping cost in the event of a return. Products that are made to order are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom Items and products that have been personalized may not be returned. Damage to packaging during shipping must be reported to carrier at time of receipt.

For your protection we recommend that you ship via USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS and insure your shipment for its full retail value. Items must be re-packaged in their original boxes and returned in new condition.
